QuickLayer Major Website & Admin Dashboard Update

Please update the entire QuickLayer website with the following features, fixes, and design improvements. Make sure all existing features continue working correctly and make the website smoother, faster, and less glitchy.

Admin Dashboard & Permissions

• Let me delete other users’ recall requests.
• Let me delete preview requests.
• Add more admin controls for products, orders, receipts, coupons, donations, support chats, colors, supervisors, and users.
• Add a Supervisor role.
• Supervisors should automatically get an Admin Dashboard option inside their profile without needing admin approval.
• I should be able to choose exactly which Admin Dashboard pages each supervisor can access, such as Orders only.
• Supervisors must not be able to access anything I have not specifically given them permission to view.
• Normal users must never be able to change the website or settings for other users.

Product Customization & Pricing

For every product, let me create unlimited paid add-ons from the Admin Dashboard.

For example, I could add:

• Trailer
• Stripe
• Custom text
• Engraving
• Special design
• Extra accessories
• Any other custom option

I should be able to name each option, upload an example image, write a description, and choose exactly how much that option increases the product price.

Example:

Add Stripe +$20

It should show an example image of the stripe so the customer understands what they are selecting.

There should be no limit to how many add-ons I can create for a product.

Custom Tax / Fees

Let me add custom taxes or fees to products or orders.

I should be able to enter:

• The amount or percentage
• My own name for the charge
• Custom text explaining the charge

A small message should appear near the price saying something such as:

Tax Added: [My Custom Text]

3D Product Viewer

Improve the View in 3D feature.

Use the different sides visible in the uploaded product images to create the 3D-style product view.

Customers should be able to:

• Rotate the product
• Move around it
• Look at the sides
• Zoom in and out
• Move farther around the product

If one side was not included in the uploaded images, the viewer can estimate that side instead of pretending there is an exact image for it.

Product Card Colors

Remove the current gold outline around product cards and change the default to black.

However, make this completely customizable from the Admin Dashboard.

Add a full color picker with:

• Color wheel
• Search bar
• HEX colors
• RGB colors
• Every available color

I should be able to change the product card border/accent color whenever I want.

Apple Liquid Glass Buttons

Redesign the important website buttons using an Apple Liquid Glass-inspired appearance.

The buttons should use:

• Real translucency
• Background blur
• Specular highlights
• Visible depth
• Refraction
• Layered reflections
• Fluid/organic shapes
• Smooth animations
• Realistic glass edges

Do NOT make them look like basic generic glassmorphism.

When the line wallpaper is behind the buttons, I should still be able to see the wallpaper lines naturally through the transparent glass buttons. The lines should distort slightly through the glass/refraction instead of disappearing or simply going straight across the button.

Use the wallpaper pattern I provided as the website background and use the example glass appearance I provided as the button style reference.

Sign-In Page

Change the sign-in/login page to a dark theme that matches the rest of the website.

Checkout & Order Fix

Fix the checkout error:

“Failed to place order. Please try again.”

Customers must be able to successfully place orders.

Admin Signature on Orders

On the checkout/order management side, add an option that ONLY an admin can press:

Signed by Admin

Customers must not be able to press or change this.

After I sign it, both the order page and receipt should display:

Signed by Admin

Receipts & Purchases

Inside each user's profile, add a section called:

Receipts

Users should also be able to access this through Purchases.

Each user must ONLY be able to see receipts and purchases from their own account.

They must NEVER be able to see another customer's orders, receipts, information, or purchases.

Show the products they ordered, prices, options selected, order information, and receipt information.

Order Email Notifications

Every time someone successfully places an order, automatically email me at:

The email must include all available order information, including:

• Customer name
• Customer email
• Order number
• Product name
• Product image
• Quantity
• Product price
• Selected product options

• Payment/order status
• Date and time
• Any other important order information

Do not forget this feature. I should receive an email for EVERY successful order.

Promo Codes Sent to Users

Add an Admin Dashboard feature where I can send a promo code directly to someone.

I should be able to search/select them using:

• Username
• Gmail/email address

Then I choose the promo code or discount.

The customer should receive a notification saying something like:

You just received a 20% off coupon!

Give them two buttons:

Use Now

or

Store for Later

The coupon should only work for one product unless I configure it differently.

Also let me send/email promotional codes directly to users.

Donations

Add a Donations section inside the Admin Dashboard.

I need an ON/OFF switch.

If Donations are ON: A donation option should appear near the end of checkout.

If Donations are OFF: Customers should not see anything about donations.

I should be able to create my own donation options and amounts.

Allow supported payment methods such as gift cards where possible.

Donation payments should be connected to the website's configured Base44/payment account rather than being fake demonstration money.

Live Support Chat

Fix the support/live-chat system because I currently cannot properly read support chats.

Make sure:

• Admins can read all support messages.
• Messages load correctly.
• Conversations are easy to follow.
• Customers can read replies.
• New messages update properly.
• If the customer is signed in, show their account name with their messages.
• Show useful account information to the admin without exposing private information to other customers.

Profile Improvements

Add more useful profile settings for users.

Users can customize their own account, but they must NEVER be able to change global website settings or anything affecting other users.

Keep easy access to:

• Profile
• Purchases
• Receipts
• Messages
• Coupons
• Saved coupons
• Settings
• Logout

Feedback Reward System

When someone leaves feedback, I should be able to mark it as:

Useful

Track how many Useful ratings each account receives.

When an account reaches 15 Useful ratings, automatically:

1. Notify me in the Admin Dashboard.
2. Notify that customer.
3. Tell the customer they have won 1 Free Item.

Make this easy for me to review and manage.

The website currently glitches in multiple places.

Go through the entire website and improve:

• Loading performance
• Animation smoothness
• Button responsiveness
• Checkout reliability
• Support chat reliability

• Error handling

Avoid unnecessary refreshes, flickering, broken states, duplicate requests, or buttons that appear to work but do nothing.

The website should feel polished, responsive, and smooth.

Important Security Rules

Make sure permissions are enforced on the backend, not just hidden in the interface.

Customers must only see their own private information.

Supervisors can only access the exact Admin Dashboard pages I assign to them.

Only full admins can change global website settings, product pricing, taxes, donations, supervisor permissions, receipts, admin signatures, and other protected settings.

Do not expose customer emails, receipts, chats, addresses, orders, or private information to other customers.

Keep the existing website functionality while adding these changes and fix anything that conflicts with the new system.

I organized it so Base44 can understand the individual systems instead of treating everything as one giant instruction.
